Outdoor Landing with Steps
This project involved a customer who had a paver patio installed in the backyard of their house. The steps coming off the rear entrance were not satisfactory. I began the project by removing the existing builder grade steps. Then I constructed a 9' x 3' landing off the rear entrance, followed by steps leading to the newly installed paver patio.

Shiplap Install
This project, as with some, proposed an interesting challenge. The initial job involved installing shiplap over existing drywall to create an accent wall. During the install, I discovered moisture at the base of the wall. After inspection, the plastic moisture barrier behind the drywall was damaged; which allowed water to seep through the drywall. The picture is the finished product after removing the damaged drywall, installing a new plastic moisture barrier and replacing the damaged drywall.

Fireplace Face Lift
This project involved painting the existing brick fireplace and installing a custom wood beam for the mantel. The wood beam came from a past customer in a work trade situation. He found it when dismantling an old wood barn on his parents farm in NE Ohio.

Finished Basement
This project involved installing wood framing and drywall. Running all wiring and installing all outlets, switches, and lighting. It also involved installing vinyl plank flooring, then painting walls and installing custom wainscoting.

Minor Bathroom Remodel
This project involved installing new faux marble countertop over existing cabinets. It also involved new faucets, new lighting, and a custom wood frame build around the existing mirror.

Window Trim
This project was for a customer who just moved in to their newly built house. They wanted to add some "pop" to their windows, so I installed custom window trim around all windows on the first floor of their home.
